You are able to check the 'live' status of an order by logging into your account here.
This service may be very busy and there may be long wait times for which we apologise in advance.
Any orders must be placed via our website - we are unable to take payment for goods over the phone.
Please note we are unable to add to any orders previously placed via our website - if you have missed an item off your order, please place a new order for that item and we will group orders and refund any extra postage paid where possible.
