WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)

When you purchase a new product from us in-store, we can take back your old R/C waste products (WEEE takeback) regardless of wether they were purchased from ourselves or not, providing that:

They are the same type of items you are purchasing (like for like basis)
They offer the same function as the items you are purchasing

How does this work?

The in-store take back service is free
The items to be taken back must be returned to us within 28 days of your new purchase
If you wish to return items by post, they will be accepted. However the cost of returning them and the responsibility of them being safely delivered will be with the customer returning the items. Please note items such as LiPo batteries will require a specific courier to be used
We will make a record of all items taken back
As a registered waste carrier (ID CBDL472873) we will then dispose of the waste
