Description
TOUGH TESTED by Rich Duperdash. This kit has been beat to death with no failures so far.
All parts are made using 7075-t6 Aircraft aluminum. These are high precision machined bearing POCKETS.
Please be patient when inserting bearings.
The best method is to insert the bottom bearing on the shoulder bolt into the pocket. then put the top bearing on the post and let the shoulder bolt align the bearing.
It is advised that you blue lock tight on the shoulder bolts threads when installing the parts.
This model does not use bushings. The 6mm reamed hole will give you full support of the steering arms.
It is also advised that you grease the post to cut down on friction.
