The SKYRC engine heater uses technology similar to that used by Formula 1, Indy Car and NASCAR Teams! It will properly pre-heat your engine to 60-70°C in 10 minutes based on ambient temperature.

SKYRC engine heater will pre-heat all the critical parts of your nitro engine, giving you a minimal of stress and wear on the engine. It help relieve the stress on the crank, con-rod, piston and sleeve during warm-up. It also give you a very easy and smooth engine start, with no stress on your starterbox. Fuel consumption is much less, as you do not have to spend time warming up and adjusting your engine. A pre-heatet glow-plug will increase the life of your plug. It is also perfect for break-in, as it reduces the "pinch" on your new engine. You will experience that engine pre-heating is a must. Most importantly, it will quickly pay for itself by increasing engine life and performance!

I honestly thought this would be a bit of a gimmick and a waste of money but after reading all the positive comments I thought I would give one a try, after all anything that makes nitro engine starting a little easier has got to be worth it... Well tried it yesterday on my Truggy 4.6 engine and it started 1st press on the electric starter which it never did before! I used it prior to every start throughout the day and 1 or 2 presses on the starter the engine started. Truly an amazing product.

Excellent product, always have problems starting my engine due to super high compression. No longer having to print a hot air gun to the track. % minutes of using this my nitro engine is ready to go. During use suggest to leave the hole over open. It seems normla behaviour that there is a little bit of smoke coming from the device.
