When you glue these you slide into position first, then you need a VERY small amount of superglue over the edge of the boot (where it butts onto the drive shaft). Don't try to put a ring of glue on the shaft and then slide the boot over it - that way lies a sticky mess ;-) Be careful wiping off any excess: Don't use e.g. disposable kitchen towel as it can stick/rip - use a damp cloth instead.
