Description
Sideways drift meets straight-line speed runs with the Stinger from FTX. With hard drift boots included alongside sticky soft treaded rubber tyres, you can literally decide on the fly how and where you want to run your Stinger.

With a wide aero inspired wide moulded main chassis featuring no screw head, this smooth finish, coupled with a rear diffuser provides stability at speed. Shaft driven with sealed, geared front and rear differentials feature metal gears throughout for maximum durability. The modular radio tray neatly houses a 15kg Etronix metal geared steering servo and Hobbywing brushless 60A esc and 3300KV motor, powered by a Voltz 2S 2500mAH Lipo battery.

Oil filled shock absorbers, anti-roll bars and adjustable double wishbone suspension lets you tweak to suit your settings and tyre choice; either treaded rubber tyres for street racing, featuring 25mm wide front and 30mm wide rear for better stability at high speed or hard plastic boots on 6-spoke wheels for sideways drift driving.

The Stinger is topped off with a moody muscle car body that features moulded front grill and light buckets front and rear housing a multifunction LED light set.

Excellent value and well equipped, solid and sensible design. Easy to work on and looks great on the shelf : The gyro was set backwards from the factory - if that's the case just tap the tiny button on the receiver twice. There's a button in the rear lights too if they are also backwards. The included battery and drift wheels are of high quality and the included anti-roll bars were easy to fit and make a difference. I've put many packs through it and it's a fantastic rc although it eats tyres if driven hard. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt the fastest cheap car you'll buy. Comes with 2 sets of wheels and tyres -soft rubber and hard drift wheels. Comes with a 2s battery and charger, 35mph+ out of the box, only thing you will need is 4 x aa batteries for the controller. Will take a 3s battery and is crazy quick, 55mph+, you will have to trim the chassis a little though as the wheels balloon into it with 3s. Body is too nice to damage and has lights included, I bought a hpi clear shell which fits almost perfect as a basher. Quick delivery and swift transaction, no issues. Get one before they sell out for xmas!
